The hospital is financed totally through private donations from Zimbabwe, the United States and the United Kingdom. The hospital employs a staff of 1 Zimbabwean doctor, 10 nurses, 6 nurse aides and 24 general hands and drivers.
Spiritual Care is provided by a full-time chaplain who offers devotions for staff, inpatients and outpatients. Patients are prayed for and church services are offered.
